We are passionate about all things ‘organic’ that lead to better health.  Farming, whole foods, flowers and sourdough breads.  In today’s modern fast-paced, fast-food world, going back to the traditional ‘old ways’ seems like a really good idea especially regarding the foods we eat. 
All of our breads are handcrafted using only the highest quality certified organic flours and the freshest organic ingredients available to bake premium loaves.  Our dough is long fermented before it is baked to give it the signature tangy sourdough flavor, and to help break down the gluten making it easy to digest. 
Every loaf starts with our “CLASSIC” recipe made with only 3 ingredients: Certified organic unbleached flours, Filtered water and Himalayan salt.  Ingredients you can feel good about.   Clean.   Simple.   Delicious.

WHY SOURDOUGH?
Not all bread is created equal – Sourdough is a nutritional powerhouse.
–Sourdough breads are naturally and slowly fermented, making it easier for your body to digest and absorb important nutrients.  
–During the fermentation process the wild yeast and lactobacillus in the leaven break down phytic acid. 
–The fermented flour contains prebiotics and has probiotic-like properties which are good for ‘gut’ support. 
–The low glycemic index helps regulate blood sugar levels and the slow fermentation process increases the availability of essential minerals like iron, manganese, zinc, selenium, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and folate.
